We are happy to answer your questions concerning contents, prices, dates and current events under telephone number 0049 (0)2323 94628-0 during the opening hours of the museum.
 
For all guided tours and programmes it is absolutely necessary to make an appointment by telephone under 0049 (0)2323 94628-0 during the opening hours of the museum as early as possible (if possible two weeks in advance). This includes as well the holiday programmes and the offers of the Stone-Age-Atelier. For guided tours we recommend groups of maximal 16 persons. School classes usually do not get divided.
 
In case of a cancellation from two days before the booked event or in case a person or group does not turn up a cancellation fee of 20,50 Euros has to be paid, concerning the Stone-Age-Atelier the complete price has to be paid. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes the right to the programme expires; the full costs will be charged nevertheless. All prices are meant plus the admission fee for the museum, except if stated differently.
